Cancellation Policy
Returns: As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges & Refunds: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting images. Our team will assess the issue and, if verified, we will offer a replacement for the damaged product at no extra cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be applicable in cases of damage or quality issues, as confirmed by our team.
